We were so saddened so hear of Ed's passing. He was a sweetest, kindest man and all our children remember him with laughter and love. Ed was one of the happiest, nicest people ever known. We so wish we could be there and give hugs to everyone and share in your memories, as we are sure they are countless. He was a wonderful man, husband, father, and friend to all who knew him. Spending time with Ed was an experience no one should ever have missed out on.
Helen, how blessed you were to have him to share your life, the laughter in your home was something not many will ever experience, may God bless you, and please feel our love for you both. For Cathy, Ed and Stephen, not many kids had a Dad like him. He was devoted to all of you, proud and happy to be your Dad.
We love you all and are praying for each of you to find the strength you will need to get through this sad time. Let God be your guide and he will take care as he wraps you in his loving arms and comforts you.

Ed was a great friend and neighbor. We will never forget how he helped us with our home addition. He showed up early at our door one Saturday morning wearing his tool belt. The timing was perfect because at that moment we were really questioning whether or not we could do this job ourselves. With Ed's enthusiasm and construction skills, we were able to get the roofing finished before the snow fell. Ed's only request was that we keep him well supplied with M and M's. We will miss him!

I was just looking at Sullivan's and noticed that Ed had passed. He was a great guy. We had so much fun playing softball together I always looked up to Ed. We always talk of the time he wanted to be the catcher but wouldn't wear a mask. Wouldn't you know he took a ball of the face, we never let him forget about it.I would see Ed and Helen at either Dunkin Donuts or at Jimmys diner in Burlington. I was always glad to see Ed, always had that big smile on his face.
I won't be around on Sunday but will try to be there on Monday
at the funeral home. I will miss Ed but know that he is not suffering anymore. God bless the family
