Linda Pace

Obituary of Linda S. Pace

Linda Pace was born to Nancy (Bevilacqua) and Karl Sandmann on February 16, 1951 in East Boston. She was the first of four children, Deborah Tringali, Kurt Sandmann and Nancy Drugg. Linda and her family were raised in Arlington where she attended school and met Robert Pace.  They also settled in Arlington and had two beautiful children together, Renee Tsoukalas and Robert Pace Jr.  From her early days, Linda was a creative soul.  She enjoyed designing. Her artistic passion led her to the cosmetology field where she worked in hair salons in Arlington and eventually opened her own, Linda & Co.  There she met and serviced many Arlingtonians with her kind, generous and fun spirit.  After many successful years at Linda & Co., Linda took her passion to interior designing where she joined the family at Jordan’s Furniture.  There, she carried out her passion to help and design for others.  Linda also loved cooking. She was very proud of her Italian ancestry and passed down the many traditions that she grew up with. She enjoyed cooking for everyone...family members, friends, coworkers and people in need.  Her meals were always served with lots of love.  Linda had many life long friends who often expressed their sincere gratitude for the kindness and generosity that came with her friendship.  She was always there for anyone in need.  While Linda’s passions were many, she most enjoyed spending time with her family.  Her six grandchildren, Petros, Philip, Andoni, Bobby III., Gianna and Salvatore were the lights of her life. She adored her many nieces and nephews. She most recently lived in Stoneham, MA where she remained close to family and began her courageous battle with Multi Myeloma.  During this time her amazing spirit never faulted, and she was pushing through successfully.  On May 5, 2020 Linda, however, succumbed to the Covid Virus.  Her life and legacy will remain with all who loved and knew her.  We will miss her terribly. Rest In Peace Linda.
