Tom, Beth, Gary, Bob - I'm so sorry about your Mom. My sincerest condolences to you & your families. The memories - I remember how she pronounced my Brown-family nickname 'Boom' - it always makes me smile to think of it as I grew up with the different WMass accent and it would take me a minute as a kid to realize that she was talking to me. I also recall a time when a couple of us were exploring the 'interesting' lp album covers down in Gary's room at the Burlington house (sometime in the 70's) and her voice floated down 'What are you kids up to down there?' Busted! She always seemed to have her eyes on us. Most of all, I remember her kindness. She always found a way to empathize and to find a connection with the other person. We'll all miss her, but if the memories of her come as quickly and as clearly to those who met her as they have to me, I don't think that she will ever feel very far away from us. Ernie

Gary & JoJo and All The Browns, Your Momma ~ What A Total Gem!!! I pray that each of you are filled with the boundless deep peace and comfort that Only Jesus Christ imparts at this very sorrowful time. We were completely warmed in our hearts that you were able to be with Sweet Vivian and hold her hand as her angels escorted her to heaven (Luke 16). I am confident she is in Paradise (Luke 23:43) with your dad, as you said. Dear Bob, Gary, Beth, and Tom, My heart is with you and your families at this hard time. I am thinking of the wonderful memories I have of ‘Aunt Viv’. She is one of the warmest, kindest, generous, most caring people I have ever met. She always made me feel like I was special when we visited, like there was nothing she would rather be doing than talking with me – an affect I bet she had on everyone lucky enough to know her.
