My father Stanley Roach and Dante lived on Normandy ave for many years. I remember his dad was a very tall man and rode his bike everywhere. All us kids in the neighborhood were a little afraid if him but come to know him he was a gentle old sole like Dante. My dad and Dante worked together for years at MIT in purchasing. After some years we all lost touch but we sent cards and such. 2 years ago in October my dad turned 90 so we had beautiful party. I called Dante a dear old friend to see if he could make it. Without hesitation he said when.. it was a magical day and so glad dad got to see his old friend before he passed 6 months later.. It was great to see him..he was a kind , gemtle and funny guy. Rest in Peace Dante.. Love the Roach Family

Dante sparkled in Place Lane. He was a huge part of the Place Lane Family. Dante loved everyone and would do anything for anyone. He was also so funny. Always had something nice to say. He will be missed in the Place Lane Community. My condolences to the entire family.
