Dear Sharon, Stacey, Crystyl and Ben,
I've known Lorie since she was about 10 or so. When I would go and visit she was always busy and having a good time.
When I would see her at MB she always took a minute or two to chat with me. I followed her on FB and discovered her talents with baking, her determination in running the Boston Marathon and her utter joy when the love of her life Ben proposed. I also became aware of her brave battle with cancer. But...what I will remember most is her sunny disposition and her bright smile. God be with you Lorie and all who loved you....Lorraine Vickers

I’m so incredibly sorry for the loss of Lorie. She has been a friend to me since we were about 11-12 years old. I have so so many happy and fond memories of her and I going on adventures throughout our high school years. I will miss her so much. People may not know me, but I was the one that did Lorie’s hair red and the big change to the purple a couple years back. It was so nice to finally meet you Ben at the wedding even though I myself was a absolute mess. I was so happy for her. She had been talking about her wedding day for as long as I can remember. I know you made her very happy Ben. I couldn’t help but be happy whenever I had a chance to be with her. She will be forever missed and never ever forgotten. ~Jen Freitas ( Graham )

Sending our love to our dear nephew Ben and to each member of Lorie's family - Lorie was as special and beautiful a person as we have ever known and our hearts are broken. Her life was spent shining light on others and that light is still shining and always will. What an amazing person.

Your smile ...
I carry your smile
in my pocket
just in case
the day darkens
with storm clouds
and when night falls
I place it on my pillow
to rest my weary head
in its gentle grace ...
I carry your voice
in my heart
to sing its song
reminding me
life is but a flash dance ...
I carry your memory
in a treasure chest
locked inside my soul
until we once again
bridge the distance.
Sue (Repetto) Migneault
My deepest respect, love and condolences to Sharon, Stacey, Crystal, Ben and Lorie’s extended family and friends.

Lorie was a beautiful soul. May we all honor her memory by living as she did- with kindness, love and an open heart. I am blessed to have known her and call her daughter-in-law. Lorie brought out the best in Ben. I have never seen love expressed so beautifully or so selflessly. I am missing you but always know you have a special place in my heart dear Lorie. xoxo

My dearest Lorie, thank you so much for the unique, wonderful, unbreakable, hysterical, strange, loving friend lagoon we shared. You have taught me so much. Your smile would light up the darkest of days. Your resilience and courage through everything will always be unmatched. You are the strongest woman I’ve ever and will ever know. I love you so much and I know you are going to be watching over all us. I can’t wait to see that beautiful smile again. I love you with all my heart.
