Sorry to hear of my cousin's, Doug's passing. I have wonderful memories of Doug and his cute smile, he was one of my older cousins. And Uncle Bill & Aunt Charlotte. I saw pictures of Aunt Charlotte's Hummel collection. I was at Bill & Charlotte's when I got the news my brother died from being hit by a car. Also memories of going to Doug's meat store to stock my freezer .

My sincere condolences go out Doug’s family. He was a great guy. Doug and I worked together (2005-2007) when he helped me and my Uncle Steve sell our Dom’s marinated meats line to markets on the Cape. He was a wealth of knowledge on meat and marinades. I enjoyed our drives, visiting markets and our celebratory lunches when we landed a customer! At that time I was 24 and Doug, although older than me was a go getter and hard worker. In 1977 I knocked on Doug’s door and asked for a job he hired me a 15 year old boy , on the spot . Doug taught me many things about the workplace that carried with me throughout my life. I have always been great full for all Doug did for me . To Jean, Donna and Lisa my thoughts and prayers are with you with love Dante

I got to know Doug after we graduated from SHS'60 when he and Jean attended all our high school reunions and more recently when he attended our monthly lunches (before Covid.) Doug had a great sense of humor and wit. Everyone enjoyed being in his company. A true gentleman!! I was saddened to learn of his passing. My condolences to all to all his family. He will be missed by many.
