So sorry to hear this news. I will always remember Lucy's warm smile and delightful presence. She always brightened up my day in the office at Harvard Vanguard. I could always hear her coming down the hall and knew right away that I would smile! I will miss her. My thoughts are with you all.

Our deepest condolences on the loss of your Mom. She was one special lady. I remember many vacations on Cape Cod when she would come with Rita to spend some time with us. My boys always called her their “other grandma” with such affection. She even visited us when we lived in Illinois. She was a trooper and will be missed by all.

So sorry to hear of her passing.. My first memory of your mom : is at a party in your home, where she pushed a pie into your dads face with a big smile on hers. Was pretty funny.

To The Roberto Family....
Losing someone we love is indeed sad, losing your Mom is, I believe, next level. Although difficult to say your final goodbyes - treasure the memories each of you have for these cannot be taken from you. She lived life with gusto (I used to see her behind the desk at my Doc's office...always w/a smile for me) by her beautifully written obit. I'd say it was a job well done. God Speed, Mrs Roberto!
With my love and condolences,
Doris

I have so many memories with Lovey, I can think back 50 years to where we all vacationed together on a cruise ship. You were the old broads and we drove you crazy. Today we are the old broads! I'm So happy that I got to spend your 90th birthday, the drive-by birthday couple weeks ago, I think you were pretty happy about that. I will miss you and I will always think of you and smile. Rest in Peace, You are home. My condolences to my Roberto girls, their kids and grandkids. Love you guys.

My deepest condolences to the entire Roberto family. Mommy will be missed sorely, that's for sure. She was like a Mom to me and so many others and certainly one-of-a-kind. I have the greatest memories of card and game night on Sundays. I would look forward to it all week. Mommy was a great cook, a wonderful hostess, and so much fun to spend time with. She was also a great travel companion. Along with "the girls", we went to NH, Italy, and the Bahamas multiple times! Always easy going, never a complaint, and just plain fun to be around!
Rest in the sweetest peace Mommy. Hug all our Angels tight until we are all reunited.
Love,
Rainy

Lucy Lu you were such a fun loving co-worker. I do remember when you worked for behavioral health and I thought how cute you were, but then you retired and then you came back and we pulled you into the world of internal medicine referrals. You picked up that task when you didn’t think you could but you showed it who was boss and then of course walking yourself down to Dr Wongs office without a knock and sitting in the chair and saying “what’s up doc” while you were sitting on your legs. you brought a smile to his face and made him chuckle. Then you retired again and we took you to Foxwoods and we played hours long bingo just for Kristen and you had a huge smile the whole time. Then once again you came back I think it was because you missed us all. You never seemed to forget to walk behind me daily putting your cold hands on the back of my neck as you walked by and when I would say Lucy you would say what I didn’t do that. You brought a special feeling to the office that will never forget. Love ya lu lu. Rest now and let everyone else do the work.

From first time I met Lucy it was instant connection.
Being raised by hard core Southie mama I was in awe with luvys grace, style, such whit with best come backs she would get me laughing so hard my drink spilt out of nose! My favorite memory and there’s plenty yet I’ll never forget our trip to Bahamas. Every morning could smell fresh brewed coffee and join her in early am on the deck. Rest of day would b spent us girls having the Bahamians thinking their island would never b the same. Dancing all of us, Doreen carting mommy on her waste both dancing to the grove, gambling, champagne and next morning that great brewed coffee on the deck. Burlington “mom” has been such a gift. Our talks , no one ever before responded with such true wisdom and yes she would always chuckle at some of adventures I asked about. Our favorite song singing “Amore’” while drinking wine. Always got me smiling. And now she’s gone. I’m being selfish as I want to celebrate her life and she lived it well. And we will all raise our glasses to Lucy Roberto , a legendary gift for all who were as lucky as I to have her part of our world. RIP luvy show heaven how it’s done!
Luv and miss you always

My deepest condolences to all of the Robert family on the loss of your beloved Mother, Mother-in-law, Grandmother and Aunt. I have many wonderful memories of Lovey, growing up on South Bedford St. She was kind, loving and her door was always open to one more child from the neighborhood coming in for a visit. She always held a special place in our Mom's heart. I am sure they are sharing a glass of wine in Heaven. XOXO

Mom where would I even start? I guess way back in preschool when I thought you were so old and I had such a huge fear that you were going to die, that I had to kiss you Goodnight 32 times every night until my fear went away. Thank you for letting me. You told me that everybody dies but that you probably wouldn’t until I was an old lady. You were right. I remember watching Little House on the Prarie on Friday nights just you and me. I loved that. I remember you taking only me to the Everglades for lunch, then Antonio’s just you and me. I loved our lunch dates. Fast forward 35/40 years and I realized how short life can be and that I am going to return the gesture and take you for lunch ever Friday. You would never let me pay but that’s ok, those memories are priceless anyway. I loved my jammies that you let me open on Christmas Eve, and again it was a pleasure picking out a special pair for you on Christmas Eve. There are far too many memories in between to even try to put into words. I will just say that you were my number one friend all my life, You were there for me whenever I needed you and you gave me space when I needed it. Thank you. I was so lucky to have you for my Mom, even when you took me to Almays to get a little boys haircut just because I was the fifth daughter and you were sick of drying hair. I forgive you for that. There are just way too many memories to put here, so now they’re in my heart where I will keep them safe and treasure every single one of them. You are now with your family in Heaven and I know how much you’ve missed them. Give your little brother Paulie a tight hug! You enjoy every single minute in in Eternal Peace. God knows you’ve earned it. I Love you so much (x32) and I will never stop needing you, so please watch over our family and keep us all safe. Until we meet again, XOXO Daughter Ju

Linda, June, Lulu, Laurie and Judy I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing Mommy with me. I will never forget our Wednesday morning breakfasts with June. With COVID we would have to get it to go but Mommy would just put the coffee on. If you wanted to put a smile on her face just bring her chocolate. RIP always in my heart.
