Claudia and I were good friends as undergrads at Northeastern. A mutual friend of ours had notified me very recently of Claudia's passing and I was overcome with sadness, as Claudia always was a fun and funny person to be around. I wish her family my sincerest condolences.

Although I didn't know Claudia personally,I knew her dad Ruben from the Charles Mackey Intermediate School. He spoke of Claudia with fatherly pride. He and Nora raised a wonderful woman. Please accept my condolences. And I will remember her in our weekly prayer group. Sincerely, Terrence Gibbons

Rest in Paradise my friend. Watch over Nora, Lizzie, and John from above - we got them from down here. Your smile, laugh, and fun-loving manner will be missed but certainly not forgotten. Love you, my friend!

Please accept my deepest sympathies & condolences... I was one of the many people whose lives were touched by Claudia, even though I had not seen her in 25 years. I remember her dearly, since she was someone who made my short stay in Boston a rather pleasant one, and ever after leaving, she still tried to help me get a job, etc. My thoughts and prayers are with Nora, John & Lizzie, hoping the good Lord will take good care of them, as Claudia did, and trusting that our beloved Claudia is already in the presence of God, being rewarded for her good deeds in this world, and I imagine her smiling and in a good mood, as we saw her being in her short life... God bless you all...

Dear amiga! You left indelible impressions with people in all walks of life and in many parts of the world. You don't know this but I have talked to Ariana about you as you are someone that people should emulate but not many can match. You are already missed but we are celebrating your life as those of us that were put in your path are truly blessed. My condolences to John, Lizzy and mum. Until we meet again!

I worked with Claudia in New York many years ago, and I haven’t really being in touch with her after that, but I will always always remember Claudia’s brightness, big smile and gentleness! She will always be present in my heart as an example of being a good Soul full of life. My deep condolences to her mom, husband and daughter Lizzy, May your heart be full of her presence and may her smile and joy for life help you through difficult times. Sincerely, Gabriela

Hey C... you were such a catalyst for such great things and people. Even now, after you have gone to other pastures, you have stirred our LASO Family into reuniting, cherishing the great memories, accomplishments and most of all missing you. We celebrate your life, mourn your passing but you left your mark and we won't ever forget you.
