To Jeanne's children: I'm sorry for your loss, and sorry that I didn't get to know you over the years, However, I knew your mom before you were even born. We went to high school together and I have many fond memories of her, your Aunt Sandy and myself "hanging out together" back in to 60's when we all lived in close proximity in Burlington, MA. (That's what we did then, we "hung out" at each others houses, and we walked back and forth to each others houses many a day, reported to our parents and then walked some more). We would read "movie magazines" then, and "oggle" over all the celebrities, we listened to "records" and played the same ones over and over again, and made our parents crazy and we talked, and talked and talked. Your Aunt Sandy can tell you what "movie magazines" and "records" were. Somehow as life went on we'd lose touch with each other, due to marriage, raising families, etc, but once in a while we would "reconnect" too, and compare notes. I know your mother loved each of you, more than you know. Now it's your turn to keep that love going, be strong for her, be strong for each other, love each other, care for one another and continue to make her proud.
To Sandy: I'm sorry for your loss. This cannot be easy. Know that I am here for you. May you get strength knowing Jeanne is finally at rest and is at peace. God Bless each of you.
