I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom, Betty. She and I worked side by side together at Health and Addictions Research for many years. We had such a nice working relationship and she was always so happy and helpful. She was always there to lend me a hand whenever I needed help of any kind. We had a lot of fun together ... going to different company functions, going to lunch, and sometimes having dinner after work with a couple of the other "girls" from the office. When my dad passed away, Betty was so kind to me, offering me support and a shoulder to lean on. I will never forget that. After Health and Addictions Research closed its doors we lost touch, but I always thought about her and wondered how she was doing. It makes me happy to know that she had many good years after that. I feel like I know you all because she was always talking about her family and I knew there was so much love there. I'm sure she was very proud of all of you. She was a great lady, and I know she will be missed by everyone who knew her. I am very sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Jan Morrison

My condolences to Betty's family. I only recently found out that she passed away. I worked for Betty for about three years at Library Place. She was a nice lady and I enjoyed talking to her. May she Rest in Peace. Jayne Lee
