Obituary of Marjorie A Fino
Marjorie A. (Forbes) Fino, passed away at the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center on Monday, February 7, 2022, following a long illness. Marjorie was born in Everett. She was the daughter of the late James and Marjorie Forbes. She was raised in Chelsea. Marjorie lived in Everett until 1992 when friends convinced her to move to the town of Burlington where she would raise her two daughters.
Marjorie worked several jobs throughout her life but her favorite role was that of mother. She always wanted what was best for her daughters. Marjorie was everyone’s mom and welcomed all her daughter’s friends into her home and her life. She loved to cook and bake and always made sure there was a home cooked meal on the table.
Marjorie loved the ocean and was drawn to lighthouses. Nothing gave her more peace and tranquility than taking a ride along the shores of New England and visiting the many lighthouses. She loved seafood and enjoyed taking trips with her life-partner Brian to Brown’s Lobster Pound in Seabrook. She had a wonderful relationship with Brian who was always there for her most especially during her recent health challenges.
Marjorie was the loving mother of Jennifer Fino of Wilmington and the late Christalle Fino. She was the proud grandmother of Tyler Fino-Theuer and Isabella Fino. Life Partner of Brian Rogen of North Reading. Sister of Wiliam Forbes of NH, Diane Forbes-Norton of CA and twin sister of the late James Forbes. Funeral Services will be private.
