St. Patrick's Day was one of her favorite holidays and she always welcomed her adopted daughters; to a celebration each year. She was the life of the party and loved to dance and sing. Shirley has lived at the Reminiscence Neighborhood at Sunrise of Burlington for the past five years. Shirley enjoyed all the entertainment and activities at Sunrise, especially the live entertainment and spending countless hours in The Bistro. Shirley and her family will be eternally grateful to all of the Sunrise staff for making Shirley's transition to her new home an easier and more pleasurable experience and giving all of us the piece of mind we never thought possible and helping us to be better able to sleep at night. Everyone at Sunrise treated Shirley as they would treat their own family, with love, warmth and kindness that will never be forgotten. A visitation will be held at the Edward V.
