To my cousins: Mark , Mary, Michelle, Joanne and Monique,
I will never forget our visits, when we came up
from Virginia: watermelon seed fights, fun in the pool and
on the trampoline, especially Uncle making ice cream outside. Also, you all stopping overnight
at our house on your way to Myrtle beach. Kids for miles
all over the floor. I loved it.
I truly wished we had lived closer, to have more time together growing up.
Uncle was a gentle, calm ,quiet man.... strong
in his faith...... he is missed dearly!
Please extend my deepest sympathies to the rest of
the family.

Joe was one of the best Electrical Engineers that I worked for and with at both ITEK and Adaptive Optics. He was a fellow US Army Veteran and a great mentor to me as a new Electrical Enginer.
Rest in Peace Joe

Uncle Emile was someone I had little contact with however I feel as I know him well. My Dad John talked of him frequently as he did all his brothers and sister. I do remember a time when Uncle Emile and family came to Louisville to visit in a camper. I can only imagine how much fun the trip was driving that distance and camping all the way. We all had such a good time together.
Thinking of you all
Uncle John and Aunt Betty's family

I am writing on behalf on your family in Myrtle Beach, SC. (The Jones') We are so blessed to have known you Grampa Joe. We are lucky to have experienced your kind, loving, and giving heart, and the memory or your legacy. We are so thankful that you decided to move to our neighborhood years and years ago, because you, your wife, your children and grandchildren have brought so much joy to my family. I have never met another family as special as yours. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have gotten to meet the most wonderful best friends I have. We all miss you very much, but we know that you’re in heaven watching over us. We love you!
Love

Grampas, to know you was to love you. Thank you for being a world-class person, for raising an exceptional son whom I am indescribably lucky to call Dad, for loving and accepting my wonderful step-family as your own, for treating my mom so kindly those many years ago (after 20 years, she still regards you as one of the nicest people she's ever met), and for setting an example for all of us to aspire to. Your actions never failed to line up with your words, and not once in my 22 years have I ever heard you speak a negative word about anyone, any place, or anything despite unimaginable losses and declining health. Your unwavering faith, humility, and kindness were - and will always be - nothing short of admirable. My life is forever greater for having known and loved you. You make Lefebvre a very proud name. I love you always, and will miss you every day.
