Nonno, your service was beautiful. How Nonna misses you, she weaps daily for your company. I hope you are resting easy. It was so nice to see so many people reach out and attend your services. You will be forever missed. My Dad and Mario and there spouses did an amazing job keeping everything together, you would be very proud. Nonna is in the best of care and surrounded by love each and everyday and one day you both will be runited. I hope your pleased with your resting place, it was such a beautiful choice, with lots of sun to shine in each day. I know you were smiling down as I read the final prayer for you Nonno. I love and miss you, just wanted to say these words as you were heavy on my mind today. Please watch over the family right now. Love your granddaughter Tina Marie ❤️

I’m thankful to have known you, Nino. You came to this country with your wife, your first baby, and nothing else but hope and a dream. You turned that dream into a beautiful family. I’m thankful my children knew you and loved you. We are forever thankful for your son, Sal, my children’s Papa, who has always been nothing but loving and kind. Lorelai wanted so much to speak to you in Italian. She’s still learning, and I’m sure she will pass it along to Nonna. But you both gave her that piece of heritage. “Buona Notte” and we’ll see you soon ❤️

Lighting this candle for you Nano, your legacy of how an immigrant from Sicily came over to this country and worked hard and provided for his family from the ground up is just remarkable. Your love for your wife and dedication to providing for your family will always be remembered and admired. I will recall all the fun holidays as a young small child spent at your home with my cousins Nick and Tony, and you showing me how to make wine from the grapes vines you had, and watching you work in your enormous garden, even in your late 80s til 90s you had amazing motivation. You will truly be missed, love your grand daughter Tina Mitchell aka Brancato ❤️
