Gordon you brought a lot of happiness to our lives. We had long conversations over ice cream after a visit to a Chinese restaurant. Sophie will miss the pillow fights and other antics.
You were a caring loyal brother to Don, a loving brother in law to me.
You will live in our hearts always.

I'll miss my Uncle and his great big smiles and hugs and his endless caring for others, such as for his younger brother, my Dad. I'll never forget his wonderful saying about how he was doing... "I'm still here" said with a twinkle and a laugh. Memories of his love for sweets, wine and life, will never be forgotten. You'll always be in my heart and memory. For you dearest Uncle and for all our near and extended family, I leave you with this saying:
"Imagine a key that unlocks the door to the forest with its secrets, to the sky with its peacefulness, to the universe with its infinity, to the future with a promise of a better life."
I know in the peace of my heart and mind, you'll always be near continuing to watch over us with smiles, laughter and love.
I miss you!

I will deeply miss my loving brother, Gordon. All my life he was not only a dear brother, but also like a second father taking care of me in all kinds of situations. He was, and still is, a part of me.

I will miss Gordo asking me, do you ever slow down? Gordon you were a part of our family for 14 years, you attended all our parties, birthdays, christenings, weddings and anything else this family had going on, you will be missed by all. Thank you for being my mothers companion all these years. May you rest in peace.

Gordon, you will be greatly missed. You were a good man, a wonderful companion for my grandmother, and a beloved member of our great family. I will miss your loving smile, our good conversations, and your stories about the old days and your travels while in the military. I will also miss hearing you call me "young man." You were the last person I know who called me that.
Rest in peace, Gordon. There is no doubt that you've been greeted with open arms in Heaven.

LOVE LEAVES A MEMORY
Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
For death leaves a heartache
No one can heal,
And love leaves a memory
No one can steal.
Rest in Peace Gordon ... we will miss you so very much but have such wonderful memories of our wonderful vacations together and all the fun family times ... forever in our hearts.
