My father and he met many years ago when they both worked as electrical engineers for Raytheon, and then both moved to Burlington to raise their families. My sincerest condolences to all of those who knew and loved Phil, and I know there are many. Phil was such a gentle soul and he always has such a good attitude. He was always ready to have a good time. Phil was a profoundly intelligent man but he always waited to answer trivia questions correctly until I asked him if he knew the answer. Though I didn’t know him for long, I am so glad I got the honor of knowing him at all. Sending love to you all

Thinking about you today, Dad. I have been so fortunate to have you in my life. I'm so thankful you, Mom, and Kevin are reunited in God's presence. I saw this photo and it reminded me of the love you and your brother Bill had for one another. You were the best role model anyone could have had in their life. It doesn't surprise me at all that you passed away on All Saints Day, because that is how we thought of you- Love Always, Brian
