Le nostre condoglianze a tutta la famiglia. Zia Nunziatina è stata, spesso, una voce al telefono in orari particolari per via del fuso orario, ma sentirla era sempre un piacere. Nella sua voce c'era tanta gentilezza e quell'italiano dall'accento tufese e, a volte, un po' americano era inconfondibile. Non ho mai conosciuto mio nonno Luigi, ma posso dire di essere contento di aver conosciuto, almeno per un po', sua sorella Nunziatina. Riposa in pace, zia.

To the Saia and Grassi families: On behalf of our daughters Pamela and Diana for whom Nunziatina cared as infants when she lived with us in Naples in the late 50s. We are very sad an offer our condolences to both familiesShe has a great time as a guest on my ship cruising the bay of Naples one day while I served in the 6th Fleet. Nunziatina was barely out of her teens then. Rest in peace dear Nunziatina. Many thanks for happy memories. Fondly, Pamela, Diana, Donna and John Pulcini

Nancy was a cousin to my father, America “Mitty”Sarno. My mom, Madge, loved Nancy . And though I hadn’t seen Nancy in a long while, she went to my Dad’s wake, and I knew her immediately!! My condolences to Nick and her family.

My parents loved her so much., as did we all. Visiting her was a treat as she would begin cooking right away in the downstairs kitchen. The love she had for Uncle Nick and Annalisa was so genuine. And when the grandchildren came, she was over the moon. Always in our thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to the family. She was a wonderful woman and very kind. When I first met the family in York Beach many years ago, I was humbled by their hospitality. I was watching my son on a skateboard and Nick came out and introduced himself and the family. Nancy immediately invited us in to eat! We could not leave until we ate. Made us feel right at home. We continued to see each other over the years. Just drive by to say hello. I will and still miss those times. Peace, Hope, and Salvation. The Giso Family.

Nick, Annalisa and family, We were so saddened to of Nancy’s passing. Nancy was such a lovely person and I enjoyed seeing her and spending time with her each and every time I saw her. Her legacy will pass on through her amazing grandchildren and her love will never be forgotten. May she rest in the sweetest of peace.
