Mrs. C (mum) will be sadly missed. I would not be the person I am today if it were not for her and Mr. C. always welcomed me and my family into there home and lives. They showed me what it means to be a loving, caring, welcoming, generous family first, life style from backyard pool parties, going to the Cape, going out for breakfast, shopping, then church on Saturday mornings (in that order) with her best friend Babs and Maria in the back of the Pinto Wagon, and let us pack up the toy chest to play with just for the day, to my own seat at the dinner table, just what they needed, another mouth to feed! If they had a bad day or they were stressed out, you would never know it, she was always still positive, polite and cheerful and almost never said "no" to Maria for all the countless sleepovers and offered many times for me to bring my siblings over for a dip in the pool on extremely hot days, Not only did I witness first hand what a wonderful wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend she was but she was like a second mother to me and treated me like her 3rd daughter. She was the perfect example to the phrase "the glue in the family that keeps it all together" ! I can only strive to be like her and I consider myself extremely blessed for God brought me into Maria and her family's life since 1975 and they will always be a part of my heart. Mrs C was the best neighbor you could ever have. She always had a wide smile going and was concerned for you as a person when speaking with her. I'll miss seeing her out and about around the neighborhood--let alone the wonderful Italian dishes she shared with me. Riposa in pace.

Mrs. C. she was like a den mother, so kind and caring to all. She was a great example of a lovely lady and always had something funny and smart to say in conversations. She participated in our family events at weddings etc. The world needs more Mrs.C's for sure. Thank you for all you did for our family and especially my sister. You will always be remembered. Sad to hear the news of her passing. She was a friendly and nice lady. I remember being invited to go swimming at her house as a child. She and her husband came to my wedding in Boston and was a happy familiar face that made me feel her caring personality.I would see her and husband walking down route 62 all the time, then just her.
