Obituary of Paul Lynch

Paul H. Lynch, a longtime resident of Burlington, passed away at his home on Saturday morning, June 29, 2013. The beloved husband of Carol M. (Carter) he was 71 years old. Paul was born in Boston. He was raised and educated in Brighton. Paul was the son of the late John and Eleanor Lynch. Paul was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was very proud of his service to his country. Paul retired from Itek Corp. in Lexington formerly known as Litton Corp. There he held the position of Manager of Systems Support. Paul enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and was an expert at sudoku! Paul and his family vacationed together in Maine and had visited such locations as California and Florida. At heart, Paul was a homebody and was very comfortable and happy just being home with his family. He had a great work ethic always doing what was necessary to provide for his family. Paul will be remembered as a loving Husband, Father & “PePe” Paul was the beloved husband of Carol M. (Carter). He was the loving father of Brian of Wakefield and Christine Bodin & her husband Blake of TX. Proud “PePe” of Abigail & Austin Bodin. Paul was the brother of the late John Lynch and Eleanor Malloy. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St Burlington (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Saturday, July 6 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Friday 4-7 p.m. Interment in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington.
