Obituary of Laurie Ann Ward

Laurie Ann Ward, passed away at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House, on Saturday morning, July 13, 2013. She was 52 years old. Laurie was born, raised and educated in Burlington. She was a 1979 graduate of Burlington High. After graduation Laurie followed her dream and moved to San Diego with two of her cousins. Laurie loved her life in San Diego making many very special friendships. She enjoyed arts and crafts but most of all going to the beach. She was very proud to see her daughter Lacie graduate from High School and prepare to enter her first year of college. Laurie was the loving mother of Lacie Ward of San Diego, CA. Beloved daughter of John and Mildred (Meehan) Ward of Burlington. Sister of Michael Ward & his wife Karla of Nashua, NH. Aunt of Katie & Diana Ward. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington on Thursday, July 18 at 10 a.m. A Memorial visitation will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., Burlington on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend.
