Dear Joan and Family,
I know you and the family sorely miss Ken, as do I. I truly appreciate that Ken counted me among his friends. Time spent with him and with you and the family was very special, indeed. Of course, just when I thought I could "out-joke" or "out-pun" Ken, he always came back with a real doozy! He taught me a lot about the importance of making people smile and laugh. Ken shared so much with me about his faith and the love he had for all of you, his family. I am honored to have known him and to have "borrowed" him as a second father, just like many of his young hockey players did many years ago. Ken reminded me so much of my own father. God bless all of you, and may His love enfold all of you and give you peace about the love Ken shared on earth as well as the wonderful life he has in heaven. Grace & Peace, David
