Mrs. Baldrate was truly a warm, caring, outstanding and sweet woman. She lived a full life, always happy and always with a smile. She was a very gracious lady who loved people, her family, friends and those she never met before she made feel welcome. Words cannot describe how beautiful of a woman she was and how endearing she was to all of us. God Bless You Mrs. B.
