Thomas M. Carlson, a retired carpenter and devoted family man passed away after a brief illness on Friday night, October 11, 2013. He was 86 years old. He was the recipient of the European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. While his job was working at his small, family-owned construction company, what Tom loved most of all was spending time with his family. He enjoyed sharing in his family’s activities and playing with the grandkids and later great grandkids. Tom did enjoy going on vacations, with Las Vegas being one of his favorite destinations.
