Dan
I am so very sorry for your loss, it is always hard to say goodbye to our parents. That was a beautiful article about your dad, you must be very proud of him. Looking at the video I see you look exactly like your dad, he was a handsome man. Please accept our deepest condolences.

I have such wonderful memories of my Uncle Danny....he was like a big teddy bear - I always felt so loved and so special when I was with him. He was such a great brother to my Dad - always there when we needed him and I will never forget it. Love you Uncle Danny - say hi to my Dad and everyone.

For my Papa, I will miss you so much. I have endless memories growing up with such a wonderful grandfather. All of our trips to Florida, and all of the great times that were had at his Burlington home. I remember picking tomatoes the size of my head in the garden... and I could never forget his famous waffles, and all of our conversations sitting at the kitchen table. I guess when you look back, the little moments really do mean the most. My father is so much like his dad, hard workers with the kindest hearts. I'd like to think that was passed down to me too.
I know that you can see me now more than ever, and I hope you're proud of me. You may be gone, but you will forever be in my heart.

I have a lot of memories from growing up with big brother Dan. We played golf every Saturday (Anthony, Amando, Dan and myself), the four Marcantonio brothers. Dan served, with honor, in World War II, then came home and successfully ran his trucking company. He was, and always will be, my big brother, and I will miss him every day.

Only Uncle Danny called me "Mari-Lyna" and when I heard him say it, I knew there was a lot of love behind it. Uncle Dan was one of my dear mother's siblings and my memories of him are filled with fondness and warm and wonderful family times. I smile when I think of him, Aunty Nellie, and my mother and father playing cards back in the 70's. What fun they had. Big Uncle Danny was a hero to his family and his country. I am proud to say that I was related to him.
