Obituary of Frank Brajak

Frank Brajak passed away at the Sebastian River Medical Center in Florida on Sunday January 26, 2014. The beloved husband of the late Rita M. (Carpenter) he was 86 years old. Frank was born and raised in Aliquippa PA. He was the son of the late Paul and Barbara Brayack. Frank had a distinguished 22 year career serving his country in the United States Coast Guard. He achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer and was stationed in Hawaii for a period of time. Frank and his family settled in Burlington where they lived for 30 years. He was a member of the Burlington American Legion and the Billerica Elks. Frank worked as a Certified Pest Control Exterminator for over 20 years. Frank retired to Florida where he lived for over 25 years. He enjoyed many friendships at the many of the lodges he belonged to in Florida and welcomed visits from his children and their families. Frank was the beloved husband of the late Rita M. (Carpenter). Loving father of Catherine R. Regerson, Cynthia M. Murphy of Barefoot Bay, FL, Stephen T. of North Billerica, Bruce G. of Tampa, FL and the late Carolyn F. Staffier and Frank E. Brajak. Brother of John of PA and the late Ann Fetch. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 5-8 p.m. Interment in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Burlington
