Obituary of Janice Lee

Janice C. Lee, passed away at Delray Medical Center on Saturday evening, February 15, 2014. The beloved wife of 54 years of Jimmie D. Lee, she was 72 years old. Janice was born in Boston. She was raised and educated in South Boston. She was the daughter of the late James and Anna Griffin. Janice, Jimmie and their family lived in South Boston, Hingham and Hull before making their home in Hanover. She worked at NCCI in Boca Raton in medical credential Department before retiring. Janice’s dream was to retire to Florida which she and Jimmie did 20 years ago moving to Delray Beach, Florida. They enjoyed spending time with family in Florida and making trips to Disney which was one of her favorite destinations. Janice will be remembered as a strong and amazing woman who made her family her number one priority in her life. Janice was the beloved wife of Jimmie D . Loving mother of James D. of Delray Beach, FL, Michael F. & his wife Mo Keovongsa of Burlington and Joel C. of Delray Beach, FL. Sister of the late Patricia McCain. Grandmother of Benjamin Lee and Joseph, Kevin & Matthew Mullins. Aunt of Pamela Mullins & her husband Kevin of ME, Scott McCain of Brockton and Eric McCain of Woburn. A visitation will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 2-5 p.m. Graveside Services will be held at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne on Monday, Feb. 24 at 12:30 p.m.
