Obituary of Americo C. Russotto
Americo C. “Bill” Russotto a longtime resident of Burlington passed away at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on Tuesday evening, October 7, 2014. He was 85 years old.
Bill was born, raised and educated in Woburn. He was the son of the late Salvatore and Carmella. Bill was a veteran of World War II serving his country in the United States Army. He was the recipient of the Army of Occupational Medal Japan and the World War II Victory Medal. Bill had a wonderful career as a Musician. He sang and played the keyboard and entertained people throughout his life even performing at the Burlington Senior Center during his retirement years.
Bill was the beloved son of late Salvatore and Carmella. Brother of the late Mary & Josie. Godfather of Michael W. Nardone of CT formerly of Woburn. Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Bedford St., Burlington on Friday, Oct. 10 at 12 Noon. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Arrangements under the direction of the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, BURLINGTON.
