Obituary of Nancy Raab-App

Nancy Renee Raab-App, age 61, of Burlington after a fight with cancer. She was the loving wife of Joseph M. App for 31 years. She was the loving mother of Peter J App & his wife Calandra of Portland, Oregon. She was the sister of James H Raab & his wife Jill of Hillsborough, NJ. She was the sister-in-law of Catie Lynch-App of W. Roxbury, Alice App and Susan Frattasio both of Cape Cod. She was the aunt of Heather & Evan Raab, Brian & Matthew Queen, Tara Custodio, Kyle & Kevin Frattasio, and Late Paul Baudanza. Nancy was born in Newark, NJ, the daughter of the late Herbert and Blanche Raab. She grew up in West Orange, New Jersey, She graduated from West Orange High School in 1971. She attended Boston University and Boston State College/Boston City Hospital School of Nursing where she met her husband. She was an avid reader, enjoyed her Kindles, iPad, computers and her cat, Milo. For the past 5 years she had been working in online customer support for Quick Rewards Inc. She was a former employee of Eye Associates, Burlington. Funeral Services will be held at the Temple Shalom Emeth on Monday, Dec. 1 at 12 Noon. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment will follow in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington. In lieu of flowers donations Memorials in Nancy's name may be made to Temple Shalom Emeth, 16 Lexington St., Burlington or The MSPCA, Attn.
