Janine was such a happy, fun-loving person. We had a lot of good times together, especially when our kids were growing up. She always had a smile on her face and a warm and caring heart. She was one of the best mothers I knew and a fantastic friend to those of us who were lucky enough for her to call us her friends. God bless you Joanne, you've been through so much. I am so sorry for your loss. She will be so sadly missed. I love you, Janine, RIP

Janine was an inspiration to all who really knew her. She raised herself up to a higher level in life by overcoming adversity and working and studying hard. Joanne, we know that you are hurting, but be proud of what and who she was. She was a great source of strength to you. We hope that you are comforted by knowing that she is in a better peaceful place. Love always, Elena and Harry MacDonald

The greatest Mom a kid could ever ask for. I hope I can grow to be half the woman she was. She always managed to take the best care of Jason and I, no matter what life threw at her. She was the strongest person in the world and my very best friend. I'll miss you sooo much Mom! Rest peacefully and keep an eye on us all!

I met Janine through her mother, Joanne, who is Paul Hill's sister. Paul is my best friend.
Joanne constantly looked after Jeanine when she was ill and was by her side when she died.
Janine was a delightful lady who was cheerful, warm and friendly. She had the most engaging smile.
I am glad we had an opportunity to meet.

My heart goes out to Amanda, Jason, Joanne, and the entire Jackson family. I met Janine at Daniels House - what a special person! Such a compassionate and caring person, a great nurse, a mother who loved her children more than anything...and a good friend. She dealt with so much over the years with a strength and courage that I have never been a part of til this. Her sense of humor - infectious! Her passion for caring for the elderly/Alzheimer's patients - amazing! She had so much love to give, and she offered it, and most definitely received it in her short life. The world has lost an incredibly amazing woman, but Heaven has gained a one-of-a-kind angel! God Bless You, Janine. And may you and God share in watching over your family! You will never be forgotten!! So missed already.
