So Sorry to hear, Thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Mr. Costa always came out to great me, whenever I made it home for a visit. He always took the time to find out what was new in my life. What a great neighbor. I remember him coming to help me when I was 10, I split my knee open on a pipe playing in the yard, and there was Eddie, holding my knee together as my dad carried me to the car. All the way to hospital. He will be missed.

Eddie,
You were my hero. The strongest 90 year old man I ever met. May you rest easy with Elsie. I know it was what you wanted.
There is a port of no return, where ships
May ride at anchor for a little space
And then, some starless night, the cable slips,
Leaving an eddy at the mooring place . . .
Gulls, veer no longer. Sailor, rest your oar.
No tangled wreckage will be washed ashore.
