Helena (Serpa) Raposo of Pepperell, formerly of Somerville, May 4th. Beloved wife of the late Serafino Avila. Loving mother of Helena Pombo & her husband of Fernando of Burlington, Carlos & his wife Ann Marie of Dartmouth and Victor & his wife Virginia of Pepperell. Sister of Antonio & Evaristo Serpa of CA and the late Maria Adrino, Jose and John Serpa. Proud grandmother of Kevin & Stephanie Pombo and Isabella Jane, Sarah Marie, Jeremy and Aiden Raposo. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Thursday, May 7 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
