Obituary of Ines Willwerth

Ines R. Willwerth (Soracco), a resident of Arlington for 67 years, passed away at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center on Sunday, February 25, 2007. The wife of the late Francis G. Willwerth, she was 97 years old. Mrs. Willwerth was born in Boston. She was the daughter of the late Emilio and Philoma Soracco. She was raised and educated in Cambridge and Dorchester. She was a graduate of the Dorchester High School for Women. Mrs. Willwerth devoted her life to providing a loving home for her husband and children. At the age of 58 she went to work at Harvard University as a Junior Accountant where she worked until the age of 83. At Harvard she worked on government Grants. Mrs. Willwerth was a talented painter and would hand paint designs on fine china. All her grandchildren and great grandchildren loved to spend time with her. She was blessed to have an amazing life that spanned 97 years. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Mrs. Willwerth is the beloved wife of the late Francis G. She is the loving mother of Jane & her husband George Morgan of Burlington, Paul & his wife Joyce of Northborough, and Frank & his wife Pam of Arlington. She is the sister of the late Elena Harney and Frank Soracco. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral Services were private.
