Carol Ann, Bernie and Family,
My deepest sympathy to all in the passing of your Dad. Ray was one of my special Loy men and I will always remember him! He enjoyed the reunions and seeing his former shipmates and families so much! We are truly going to miss him each year. Carol Ann you were such a strong hold for him in making sure he could get to the reunions and seeing that he had everything he needed! You were always there for your Dad. I know he appreciated everything you did. You have all been in my thoughts and prayers the last few days.
