Obituary of Irene Murphy

Irene Murphy of Burlington, formerly of Arlington, November 27. Irene grew up and was educated in Arlington and was a graduate of Arlington High School. She had lived in Arlington until 15 years ago when she moved to Burlington. Irene worked as an Executive Secretary at Cabot, Cabot and Forbes which was large real estate developer in the Boston area. She was the daughter of the late John and Irene Murphy. Sister of Thomas Murphy of Burlington, the late Catherine Cullen, Pauline Driscoll, William Murphy, Mary Murphy and John J. Murphy, Jr. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be private. Memorials in Irene’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
