My sister Margaret and I are saddened to learn of Mrs. Braceland's passing.
Tim's "Family Remembrance" was spot-on, as it brought back so many fond memories
of our childhood experiences with Mrs.Braceland and the Braceland family.
For many in the neighborhood, the Braceland's was our 2nd home.
Every sport was played on the front lawn and driveway.
Mrs. Braceland always had food and drink for the weary warriors.
She kept a watchful eye on us all and would nurse any of our wounds, real or imagined.
When it rained, after playing Risk all day in the house addition, she would promptly
send us home so the room could be used for "study time".
In the winter, on our way to the school bus, she would serve us all hot chocolate
while we waited for the rest of the Braceland kids to join us.
In later years, through her work with St. Margaret's Church,
Tina was very kind and helpful to me and my sister when our own parents passed away.
We are so sorry that we were unable to attend the services for her.
Please accept our sincere condolences to all the Braceland family on the loss of your Mom.

Time and life goes by so quickly but your mother's legacy is everlasting as she embodied the true values of life: family, community, hard work, sacrifice and love of God.

I'm so glad I got to spend so much time with you a couple of years ago. It was one of the highlights of my trip . You were truly a generous and wonderful lady . We will miss you xx

God and Heaven welcomed a truly blessed woman to the heavenly home on Christmas Day. Full of faith, love, friendship, and caring, Celeste was such a generous lady with all that truly matters in life...love, giving of self, friendship, comfort and prayers for all, family and friends. For several years, she and I traveled to weekly Liberty Belle rehearsals together. She blessed me with her wisdom, comraderie, sage advice, supportiveness, upbeat demeanor no matter what. Since I have moved from Burlington I have missed seeing her, but remembered her on her May 31st birthdays and at Christmas. Please accept my expression of sympathy for all the family and her world of friends. I regret that I am unable to be at her services this week but she will be in my thoughts and prayers, as will her family.
Sincerely, Lynn Forrest

I will miss my Nana and will fondly remember the Judge Judy marathons, staple diet of pure junk food, trying to pay me off when my sister (and associated cousins) ate my Halloween candy, making cards on your computer, giving me pokemon blue on gameboy (my most used gift ever), and always feeling excited to go to your house, but mostly I will remember your beautiful temperament and how much I loved our time together.

I love all of you so much.I am so grateful that I had a chance to see her in June. What a gift that was for me.Gail, please know that I am with all of you, now and forever. I love you, Cork
