Eunie (as you insisted I should call you) I will remember you fondly, always. I only got to spend 2 hours a week with you, for about a year, but you gave me enough laughter, and fond memories in that small amount of time to last a lifetime. I have thought of you often, and every time we drive by your house, even my kids (who only know of you from me sharing great stories about you, and bringing them cookies you sent home for them) still say "honk for Eunie, mom!" I consider myself truly honored and blessed to have been able to know you. May you rest in peace, my friend.
