"Capt Frank" was one of the hreat characters I've had the privelege to know. Patient, funny, always ready to instruct younger people how to live a good and fruitful life: that hiw I remember Frank. Even as a professional in my chosen field, when I'd bump into Frank around Burlington he'd talk to me like a long lost friend. He was a good man and someone I learned a lot about life from.
