Dear Donny and Donna
I was so sorry to hear of Sue’s passing. We were always so excited when you would come to visit us here in D’Escousse. Sue was a beautiful person inside and out. She had a great sense of humour, such a beautiful smile. We will always remember her fondly.
Please accept our deepest condolences, and know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Yours with all sincerity and love,
Maxine and Claude

I had the pleasure of working for Sue all the years I spent working in the Gourmet Room at Cafe Escadrille. She always had a keen eye for the hospitality business and she was an extremely intuitive manager . She always had a "hello" and a smile for everyone she passed in the restaurant . She will be missed . My condolences to the family . What a great lady . Class and grace comes to mind .
Rest In Peace , Sue.
Lynn

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Please accept our condolences. They say that when we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven. Though I have not seen Sue for many years I do recall that when in her presence one felt comfort.

I remember working in the coat room at the Escadrille so many years ago...maybe 35...it was so cold in that entrance way when people would come in from outside...Sue would come out from time to time checking on me, sending warm soup or something out from the kitchen! Always so kind!! I know my dad loved her too! Sending love to family. X. Amy

My Dear Dear friend Sue .... I just heard about your passing and my heart is heavy.
Thank you for your enduring friendship and for the long and beautiful conversation we had a short while back when my daughter died.
You were so kind and loving as you always were and hearing your voice helped me during the most difficult time of my life.
We worked side by side for so many years through so many stages of life and we had so much fun.
Farewell my dear friend.
May you have peace and rest...until we meet again
