Lee, I was not aware of your moms passing! I am so terribly sorry. You and I were good friends for many years and I have nothing but fond memories of spending time at your house and knowing both your parents! I hope you are well.

Pat and I have been close, dear friends for many years.
The first time I met Pat was while camping outside Acadia National Park. For years, my late husband, Herb, and I camped with the same group of friends over the July 4th holiday. Camping was never the same when Sam and Pat joined us. The group always tented, but Sam and Pat rented a motel room. They loved the activities involved in camping (exploring, cooking and celebrating over a campfire, etc.), but not sleeping outdoors. As it turned out, we all periodically enjoyed their indoor shower, plus the cover the room provided when it rained (every year it rained). Over time we all gave up tenting and stayed at a motel instead.
Sam and Pat rest in peace together.

Lee & Steve- we are very sorry and our prayers are with you. We will miss your mom and her always welcoming smiles and hugs. Your mom was like an Aunt to us and we will always cherish the memories of Burlington, her visits to our house, and especially those weekends and occasions where our parents laughed all night long.
Love,

My heart goes out to you and your family. I’ve known both your parents since I was 16 years old. I can remember them coming to both of my parents wakes. She has such love for her children and grandchildren that cannot be replaced. She is now able to rest easy, without pain or suffering and be with her loving husband. Sending my love to you all.

September 1st is a day of sadness, and of celebration. Sadness because we lost Sam this day 4 years ago,
and sadness because now we've lost Pat on the very same day. Celebration because these two, who were
inseparable, have now been reunited. No more illness & no more pain......rest in peace together, Sam & Pat.
