Bill was one of the favorites of all his US Army buddies from the 39th Signal Construction Battalion. For many, many years he kept the group together with a couple of newsletters a year and reunions that were held every 2 - 5 years. The last one in 2004 was voted to be the last one.
We will all miss his smile and talking to him.
