Kathy - My heart is breaking for you, your kids, and your family. Billy made a huge impression on me. I am not from here, and his Boston accent was so cool to me. I loved his tatoos and his zest for life - he was always there to help anyone who needed a hand. He was so clearly devoted to you and your kids completely. What a great gift to have such an awesome parnter and dad - makes it so much harder to endure this horrible loss. You are in my constant thoughts.

Dear Jake and Family, Our thoughts and
prayers are with you in this time of heartbreak. It’s often said that you can judge how much love one has given by the love they get in return. You need only look at these pages to see how many lives your Dad deeply touched. His strength and love will help get you through these hard times. God bless you and your family. Big strong man with a big heart
I still hear you laughing....
Always you had your hand out
Helping, helping, always helping.
Your good deeds were so many
That you have now been called home
GOD touched you with His grace
As he took you easily, softly in your sleep.
For your family left behind…..
You did not have time to say goodbye
Always he will be up there watching, smiling, so proud
Friends, friends, keeping wife and children close by
We will be helping, helping, always helping.
Big strong man you have taught us well
Loving, caring and to be there
You will live on in all our hearts
Helping, helping, always helping.

Kathy and family,
What a huge loss to so many people. Sending a big hug and expression of appreciation that Burlington was able to benefit from having your husband as a resident of this town. I enjoyed being with your husband every year that he volunteered at the Holiday Shop at Fox Hill School. He talked about how much he loved doing it. What a great father and inspiration to your children and so many others that were lucky to share his life. We are thinking of you.

Dear Kathy, Jacob, Molly & Michael.
Please accept all my deepest sympathies for your loss. Bill was so very young. I knew Bill through the FedEx Truck Driving Championships. What an amazing driver and professional he was, at the same time he had a quick smile, easy laugh, and a way of putting everyone around him at ease. Even with the friendly intensity of those events, he spoke of you all maybe more than you know. His eyes and smile would change in the most amazing way when he mentioned his family. It was so crystal clear that, though he loved what he was doing in the competitions, he missed you so much while he was away.
The world was better with him in it. And he loved you. So, so much.

I can't imagine what you are going through, but know that you have the strength to get through this. My heart goes out to you and the kids, and I wish there was something I could say or do to make it all better. I will always remember our front desk chats about country music ! To this day, everytime I hear the Zac Brown band, I always think of him. I will never forget all our Kema lunches he joined us on. I hope you and the kids continue to carry his love with you and that if you ever need ANYTHING to please never hesitate to reach out. It has been many years since Scott and all of your friends have been in school together and I still remember your Senior Prom and taking pictures of you on my front lawn. It was such a nice suprise to see you at Truck Day after all of those years. You still had that great big smile and said "Mrs. Tully!!!" and gave me a big bear hug. You had a way of making people feel so special. I met Kathy and Molly and Michael and you talked about how great it was to have a home in the town where you grew up. You were so happy. I am happy that you had a great life and so sorry that you did not have more. You left a lot of sad friends in town and I understand there are a lot of shocked and saddened messages all over Facebook. My prayers go out for you and your family now. I pray for them to have the strength to get through this tragedy. May they gain their strength and pride from the memory of the wonderful man you were.

I'm still lost for words. Bill and I go back years to when we were in the 5th grade at FWMS. We had great times Rocking out with our guitars, Riding motorcycles down the pits, playing video games down the Bowling alleys, doing the early morning paper routes and then sneaking into the pool at Lord Baron apts. Then there was the summer trips to Rockport and I remember trying to convince people at Halloween that Bill was only 11 or 12 when we went trick or treating. Not to many people believed us.. Then there was smoking in the boys room accompanied by inschool suspension..LOL... BHS chorus shows and trips... It was great to see him a couple of years ago and have a couple of beers at the March of Dimes Bike Run and meet his boys... It was hard to believe that we both grew up and had our own kids... But as kids I'll always cherish the memories.

To Bill's family, I remember Billy as a youngster playing in our backyard. I was happy that they all remained friends over the years. Jeff and Brian always talked of the fun times camping with Bill, Kathy and the kids.
My sympathy and prayers go out to you at this very sad time.

Kathy, Jake, Molly and Mike,
We are so sorry for your loss. We spent some time talking to Bill after a soccer game just a couple of weeks ago. It was so clear how proud he was of all of his children. May the wonderful memories you have of him help you through this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
