To Bob's Family,
I want to share my deepest sympathy at this very difficult time for all of you. I worked at Arthur D. Little for 20 years and that is how I met Bob. He was such a great guy! Every time I saw him he would always say "Hi Doll!" I loved that expression because people don't use that anymore and it made him so unique. He always had a big smile on his face whenever I saw him. He was a kind man.
Please find comfort in knowing that he will always be remembered with fondness and that his memory will always live on in the hearts of his friends.
