Dear Pat and Family
I want to express my deepest sympathy to you and your sons on the loss of Mario. I just found out yesterday that Mario had passed away from reading the Bulletin of St. Margaret's Church. I would have gone to his wake had I known. Mario was so much fun. I enjoyed many pleasant moments with him at BASF Corporation where he came to install and work on our phone system. He used to keep us laughing all the time. I remember one particular day he had my son and I crying from laughing while having lunch with him in the cafeteria. He used to say so many funny things. Even though it has been many years since I have seen him I never forgot him. I called my son today and told him and he also felt very bad. He sends his sympathy to you all also. My son Robert graduated with your Robert.
Mario took my husband Don trap shooting once and they had a great time together. Mario will be missed by everyone that knew him. I am sure he is making everyone laugh in heaven and we know he will live forever in the hearts of everyone who had ever met him.
Pat, may God be with you during this sad time in your life and give you strength in this great loss.
Again my Deepest Sympathy.
Maria Matos Severance and Family

Mario will always remain in my heart and memory as a warm loving and great Dad. If I could have picked a Dad, it would have been him. He has the ultimate reflection of himself in his three sons, Bob...Jim...Dave. He and Pat raised them to be outstanding citizens and sons to be proud of; that is quite an accomplishment these days!!! My prayers for strength, faith and deepest sympathy/empathy go out to the whole Angelo family.

Pat and family ,we are sad to see Mario leaving our wonderful neighborhood. He always had a story for us and we appreciated all the tomatoes and jars of peppers he brought us. We were also glad he got to see his Figgy start to grow.We know it brought him joy and that made us feel good. God Bless.. Bill and Gina and boys..

My wife Cynthia and I became friends with Mario at the Woburn Sportsmen club in the early 1970s.
He was a kind and very likeable man. Always ready to help newcomers. I will always remember him as the most friendly person on the range.

My Dearest Uncle Mario,
Thank you for all of the wonderful memories! I always enjoyed your stories and how you told them with such enthusiasm, and I always admired the fact that you knew something about everything. I will miss your laughter but I know that you will be looking down on everyone with a pipe and a smile.
You will be greatly missed :(
Lots of love,
Lisa

Mario and I met over 50 years ago in Somerville Mass. We joined our first gun club in Hudson Mass together. We then joined Woburn Sportsman over 40 years ago. We also worked together for a short time for a company in Waltham Mass. Mario had many friends at Woburn Sportsman and will be missed chomping on his cigar and and talking at the same-time. As president he did a lot for the club. Its just a matter of time when we all will get to see him again.

Mario, I will continue our tradition of coffee in the morning. I knew Mario for nearly 30 years, and miss him already. About a dozen years ago Mario brought me back to the sport of archery after many years of my being away from it. He more recently took great delight in teaching me to shoot trap. It seems like there was not a day we were together that I didn't learn something from Mario, be it gardening, enjoying various wines, a good Italian meal, or selecting a fine cigar. Pat, Bobby, Jimmy and David, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
