Much too soon, Peg, for you to be without your dear husband, a partner in every aspect of your life and in the lives of those you helped in the service of the Lord. In particular the lives of Bea&Roy Simpson and then with Bea for the 7 years before I came to stay with Mother. Already your lives were entwined on earth sharing Peg's birthday with Bea's son's on December 11 and Henry's birthday with their son-in-law's passing on April 26. And now once again Henry will be thought of fondly on the birthdate of Bea's late son, Henry, born Sept 14, 1930. Is it not eerie? You should have had many more years of travel, celebrations and Church attendance with your new minister, together. May you and your family continue to be blessed with memories made and memories-in-the-making made possible by Henry's physical and spiritual influence. Perfect peace to all...

Dear Peggy and family,
It is with great sadness we learn of your loss. Sue just e-mailed the news and the obituary to us. We are so, so sorry. We have fond memories of our visits and our chats with you when you came to Pennsylvania to visit with Sue, Corey and the kids. We remember one visit was during the neighborhood yard sale and Henry walked over to chat. We had a poster were were selling. He very perceptively picked up on the location as Peggy's Cove. The fact that is sort of your name sake is why that day is remembered. Then the last visit, when we spent the afternoon for Josh's birtday, is a fond and warm memory for us. We still talk of how enjoyable that day was.
May Henry be at peace. Please know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Our sympathy is heartfelt.

Henry was a true gentleman. I had the honor of having Henry work for me as an electrical engineer, with me as a colleague in Research and Development, and also as a friend and sometime racquetball adversary. He always displayed the highest ethical values while pursuing problems with tenacity and completing tasks with a thoroughness not often seen in today's engineers. His sense of humor served him well and his caring for others made him a valuable friend to many in our workplace. While I am glad to have had Henry as a co-worker, I am most happy to have known him as my friend. The world was a better place for his being in it, and I will keep Henry in my memories and thoughts.

Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. Henry was a great guy and a man that loved the Lord. He will truly be missed. Rich will always remember working with him in the tape ministry. Henry always went out of his way to be friendly to new people that were visiting the church. He's free of pain now and is rejoicing with the Lord and other believers that have gone before him.

Dear Peggy and Family,
Though losing Henry to his terrible illness was inevitable and was happening by inches everyday, the finality of his sudden passing must be very difficult. My heart goes out to you for the loss of your life long love and soul mate, Peggy, and your children's loving father.
Thank you for all the support you have given me.
With sympathy,
Catherine

Oh how much fun we had over the years! We always kidded each other regarding a bird house vs. Noah's ark :)
You have been such an encouragement to me over the years. I can't wait to see you again in Glory! Will miss you much!
Love always,

Rob and I have such delightful memories of times spent in the Lulsdorf's home during missions conference. Henry and Peggy eagerly opened their home to people, made us all feel so welcome, and seemed to find great joy in getting to know people better. Their example encouraged us, the conversation challenged us, and the laughter bonded us. We shall treasure these moments with them.
Henry was such a caring man, and it was especially precious to watch him with his kids and grandkids. We only were privileged to see this when we visited at COB, but we we touched by it every time we were there.
Our prayers are with you, and we know the comfort from our Abba Father will be your abundant portion during this time. With love and hugs....
