George and family, I have wonderful memories of Ginny which began at the Junior Women's Club where we shared many meetings and activities. We continued our friendship visiting at each other's home for coffee and goodies, talking on the telephone, walking at the High School track while chatting away about our families, going to the movies and shopping at the Burlington and N. Shore Malls. Ginny loved to talk about her desire to open one day a bed-and-breakfast, perhaps in Vermont. She told me that one of her favorite places to visit was Barnes & Noble where she could relax and get lost in a book.
George, your daily devotion to Ginny during her illness is a remarkable example of your love for her. You and your children truly honored her with a beautiful wake and a memorable funeral service. I have lost a kind, humble friend, but am happy that she is now at peace.
