To all the Hearn "kids" .
As you know, your mom and I spend many times together over the past 35 years ,either out to lunch, at work ,vacationing with my mother in Fla. and traveling with the "girls " to Florida . We even travelled to University of Ohio to atttend a gala wedding of one of our "moonlighter MD's ,Many a night we closed the Royal Hawaiian ..actually early AM ) Although she was a a private person ,which I respected she was warm , caring , patient and kind . She had a wonderful heart, many times sending cards to people she didn't know well when they or a family member at the rehab were ill. We had many laughs !!
I was working with her the day your father died and know losing him was so sad ,but now they happily together again . They raised 5 great "kids" and were so proud of all of you . I know you feel so fortunate to have had such great parents ...they were the best!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you ...
Judy and the McEwen Family.

Our family's condolences to you, Kara, and to Mike, the kids, and your family, too. Your mom had to have been incredible to raise a daughter like you, and she will live on in you and the kids. God bless.
