Well Ken,much to our dismay you've made that trip to be with the friends and family that left before you.
I'm sure you and my dad,Joe and Uncle Earnie, Clint and Harvey Willis, and others that I'm sure I've neglected to mention, are already hanging around an open fire, enjoying a nice cold Schlitz, while "shooting the breeze", and watching the clams and lobsters boil.
You all taught us the importance of family, integrity, hard work, and in Uncle Ernie's case how to make the perfect cocktail from the trunk of your car! But most important is the fact that none of you let us get poisoned by that big clam that was unfit for us to eat! Yes, you guys always took it for the team.
We all appreciated your stealth nature in capturing us on home movies all those years. What awesome memories we can revisit time and time again because of you.
We already miss you and hope to see all of you again one day. In the meantime, keep the fire going for us and watch over us at Labor Day to make sure we're doing it right. We'll think of you with every clam we eat.
With Love,Denise
