As a co-worker at Aerodyne, Phyllis was the perfect combination of competence and congeniality. She would stand up to techies like me and show us the proper way to write, edit, and print all of our proposals, reports, and papers; 40 years later those lessons still hold.

Phyllis taught me so much about work and life. She was a tough teacher and at the time I didn’t appreciate it and now I often repeat her words like gospel. She was the same age as my mom who is suffering from vascular dementia so I know first hand how hard this must have been on all of her family. I know how she raised all of you and I’m sure your mom was well taken care of. My sincerest condolences.
