My condolences to the family. Al was in my class at St. Sebastian's and a fellow "Wabanite". His mother, "Rita", and my mother were good friends. I knew him as "Larry" and always enjoyed talking with him. He had a wonderful sense of humor.
May he rest in peace.

One of my favorite long time patients. I will always miss that dry sense of humor and mischievous fatalism.
We always had a good conversation- I'm not sure who really ran the apts-myself or Al.
To the family please accept my sincerest sympathies. He will be missed!

Al, my dear good friend, so many fond memories of our many happy times and trips together with Lil and Ann. We will surely always share a laugh and a happy smile as we recall your frequent refrain: “Ah yes, we’ll always have Paris”! We will miss your dry humor, sharp wit and your penchant for always being ready to plan our next trip. I have always greatly admired your love and devotion to Lil and also your eager willingness to lend help and support to the entire family. Al, I do and will continue to miss you and our friendship, so as I had previously asked, please save a place for me, until we meet again my dear friend. RIP Al

I'm so thankful for having the opportunity to have been part of your family and for everything you did for all, especially the love & kindness you showed towards everyone. I'll miss the small handyman chores you had lined up when I came over. I especially admired the way you always treated Lil and a phrase that I learned from you, "I do it all for you my love".
You will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers to the entire family.

Jimmy, Lil, and the rest of Al's family.. I will always have fond memories of Al. Talking Pats, or wisecrack comments to/about Jimmy when i'd call or come by, he always said something that cracked me up. Great guy, super smart, and i'm sure will be missed by all. My condolences to you all, and may he rest in peace.

Thoroughly enjoyed Al at each family party! He was an interesting guy. Very unassuming and quiet and then suddenly something interesting or funny would come out. One of the things I loved about Al was how much he love Lil and how devoted he was to your family. Also admired the fact that he worked two full time jobs! (and never complained!). Rest in Peace Al. Thank you for all the love you gave to the people I love :). Thoughts and prayers go out to Lil and the whole family.
