My prayers go out to michaels family. So sorry for the loss of such a great guy . I worked with Michael at the Burlington marriott for about 5 years and considered him a good friend. I will never forget his funny laugh which always made me laugh. Michael and I had the coolest sports cars of all the staff at the marriott . He had the cool Black Grand National and I had the Candy Apple Red Transzam. Both our cars would get broken into constantly , but we each had so many alarms in our cars that the thieve’s could never get them . Michael worked in room service pretty much only nights and being friends with the security staff he could park it right outside the security office , which of course was not allowed ( then again in the late 80’s we all broke the rules ) was a fun time at the Burlington marriott! I was also very good friends with security , but I worked nights and day shifts so I always attempted to park my car in the loading zone , which I got away with most of the time of course unless some of the tattle tale staff told on me!
Anyway, I wish mike was still with us so we could have connected on FB to reminisce and laugh about all those fun times. R I P my friend .
Love your friend always Renee Russell

Dear Helen, Michelle, Paul & Mila,
A friend that is there for you when you need him, a friend that has a good advice, a kind word, a solution... that was Michael. He approached everything with an open mind and big smile. Such a big personality that is hard to put into words. He left his mark on people around him and will never be forgotten.
Please accept our sincerest condolences
With love,
Vanessa and Vladimir Vukovic

My first memories of Michael , after We met the Stojanov Family , was of a little boy with a great smile and a lot of friends. He had fond memories of his Family trip to Serbia . Every time they visited somebody they were offered food by saying: “ sedi , sedi-
jedi, jedi “ meaning - sit down and eat , please! Those two words young Michael learned in Serbia became his best description of Serbian hospitality. And he used them lovingly every time we had a dinner party!
We will miss his company , his laughter, his smile and his wit .
Our deepest condolences to Helen , Michelle , Mila and Paul
With all our love , Dragana and Cekan Lazich

Michael always went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Especially when I was out of my comfort zone. When I talked, Michael always listened to me, and he was always interested in what I had to say. Which is more than I can say for most. He was always able to put a smile on my face and make me laugh, even when I had a tear in my eye. I am better just for having known him. And for knowing all of you. You are more than just friends, you are family. And I am so, so very sorry for your loss. This tragedy is a loss to anyone that knew him. Michael was a kind and good soul, who never had a bad word for anyone. He just made people feel good. Words really can’t express how much he will be missed. How much I will miss him. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences to all of you. Everyone loved Michael.
Sincerely,
Paul M. Lazich

I worked with Mike in Somerville. He was witty, funny and compassionate. I would joke with Michael when walking to our cars after a shift. May he rest in Peace

Mike was one of my earliest customers. From the beginning, it was obvious that he was truly just a great guy. I looked forward to seeing him at the Yankee convention every year. He always came in with a big smile on his face, a firm hand shake and a lot of laughter. He will be missed. My deepest condolences to his family.
